I don't understand how these guys come back saying there is no budget for promotions in ATCI but many in onshore are promoted to AD and MDs. But the ground level work is given to all ATCI folks and shamelessly even after the results are out they are dumping more responsibilities to resources. How work alone is given huge but budget alone is not present? Do they think we are slaves to work with less/minimum pay? Even maids get increments every year. We are worse than them.

I would suggest please learn as per the latest technologies. For interviews trust me it's not easy to clear with the work we do here in Accenture. Learn the latest technologies and align yourself start attending interviews you may not crack it on first to itself but don't feel bad. After few interviews and updating yourself you should get out of this organisation.
