Loneliness in office hours
I am in TCS indore location. But I feel lonely and bored in the office. I am not sure what's wrong with me. I observed that people are judgmental here.
Myself too in Chennai campus, i was before extrovert in info***, after coming to Tcs i think i become extrovert, not happy to make friends in office, especially in same project and in odc. I don't know why. I thought everyone here are looking like spy and who are looking like pretend to be happy but totally workoholic.
People are VERY judgemental bro ... I had posted same that I feel bit lonely at TCS Pune office, and people literally took it into different direction saying arrange cheerleaders and all 😐😐😐 I guess people have low EQ here

Okay honestly if people are workaholics around you, they hardly ever will notice that they are indeed lonely.... May be what you need is a better work environment where you can engage in your area of interests... Or frankly travel but with travel groups.....i had done it once,l frankly did not feel much of a change, but honestly i feel if you do that regularly you would definately see a change
Can you tell me about any project with a good work environment and flexibility
