Randomly I get a pop on laptop saying you are being logged off the windows and in a moment of second I get other pop up saying log off cancelled

Open cmd in non admin mode and run below command. shutdown -a Then click enter. This should resolve your issue and cancel any auto shutdown scheduled.
You should restart you laptop periodically to install updates but use this method if the issue persists even after restart. Hope this helps.
