Location updates

Hi, I will be joining Accenture in the coming week and regarding location I have a doubt. My offer is rolled out from the one location and I have raised my concerns to provide me with the other location. I have got confirmation on calls that it will be changed to my desired location but haven't got confirmation on mail or joining the location. When can I expect confirmation and what is the probability that I will get my desired location?
