Location transfer from Mumbai to Hyderabad
I have completed 2.7years in tcs when I ask Mumbai rmg to approve my self transfer initiated request he is simply saying our Mumbai rmg head not approving if experience less then 3 years, but when I have 1 year of experience asked Mumbai hr member he said 2 years enough to get eligible for transfer,what should I do in this consequence any one face similar case,any suggestions appreciated.

There is no such policy. I got myself transferred from Mumbai to delhi when I less than a year old in TCS. Ask them if any policy document that says so!
Concern rmg simply saying our Mumbai rmg head not accepted/approve below 3 year experience associate....
Ask the details of Mumbai RMG and email him stating the same with Hyderabad RMG .. If he says so... then ask him to show the HR hub document if he does not do so loop his supervisor and above .. your work will be done.

Brother,and here my self transfer request which got approved from my supervisor but my base location RMG is having a problem of not complete minimum experience of 2 years in base location.. even after having an overall experience of 2 years
Similar scenario i have all approvals are in place , these IS teams buggers aren’t giving clearance ,
Saying that you need to submit your laptop and apply for new one at Chennai while asking fir the process no help , its like they want to make simple task complex while world os other way around
Officially on the policy it's only 2year is mentioned.. you can escalate for it after verbal warning
Is it difficult to wait for another 5 month? If yes why don't you try to connect with RMG directly. May be your manager is playing game.
