Location Transfer

Hi, My base location is Mumbai. But as per my medical condition I need to be with my family ( North ) and my project doesn't have any ODC in the North side. Currently doing WFH. My manager is not responding to this. Is it possible to transfer the base location ?

If yes, Could you please guide me on the possibility of transferring my base location to the North? ( I have already share the required medical documents with PM)
