Can anyone suggest me how can i transfer my location from Bangalore to Kolkata as new infy office is going to open in kolkata location.
First you have to discuss this with your manager. As you're seeking transfer to a new DC they'll definitely accept your request. You'll have to go to transfer portal and raise a request. Your manager will help you do that. You can select the date by which you'll be able to join the new DC. It's a very simple process and you'll be at your new DC in no time. ✌️

If your base dc is bangalore and maximum number of your team mate are from same dc and attending the office then your manager might not accept you request and the reason why they want you to be with project team in dc you already know but you can give it a try.
