Location

I want to change my location. Currently my location is Chennai and change to Hyderabad location. How can I change the location?

But my TL told it’s not possible to change your location

It is possible. I know so many people who have done this. but the criteria is you should have completed at least 3 years in TCS.

If your manager agreed then you easily get the transfer.

My manager agreed giving approval,but the RMG s especially the one who sits in my base location become a roadblock as he is having problem of completing more than 1 year in my preferred location than base location out my experience of more than 2 years in TCS....RMGs are quite tricky playing with your transfer if it moves to the person of that nature.
