Doesn't make sense. Reason why people were chosen across cities in India is to ensure Business Continuity Plan. If there is a flood in Banglore or Chennai, then Mumbai or Gurgaon employees can fullfill the deliverables..
So Location Consolidation Doesn't make sense.
