After you join any project.... You can unofficially work from other locations.. that is only possible if your people lead and project manager is friendly and allows you to do so... So wait until you get into a project and hope that you get a good manager and a people lead

You could ask, but he will deny straight out that employee-initiated relocation cannot be done until you complete 12 months. Company policy
