Location change Request

I am a fresher who just completed 1 year at TCS Pune. I want to get my location changed to TCS Kolkata being nearest from my hometown.Because I am not able to take care of my family from this much far as frequent travelling is not possible from this long distance.

I am a non-bailable resource here and not have any dependency.Can someone plz let me know what is the full procedure for location change request.
