Location change policy in Deloitte.

NEED ADVICE I have offer letter from Deloitte in Hyderabad but want Pune location.i have already asked hiring manager to get Pune location but she denied. But plan is to ask my manager for location change to Pune. My role is Senior Analyst and EAG service line. Basically it is Deloitte support service India which is one of the 4 entity of Deloitte USI.
