Trending @HCL; Location change issue
I have worked in a project for 18 months in chennai, due to project ramp down(moved) to tcs , I have been put in bench for 3 months , now I have assigned with a new project, this project loc is also chennai, I don't wanted to work from chennai, they are not giving me other locations (banglore/hyd) , what to do , how to get out from this , will they fire me if I reject this project.?
Any suggestions?
Better to leave and look to other company
Ask for only Noida locations, dont take any other if you are capable to get a project in noida then no need to accept they cant do anything.
Yeah my project odc is in Noida , chennai , and nagpur , and my hometown is Hyderabad, soo am asking them for hyd/banglore , will they fire me if I reject this project, am just onboarded to project, it's been 5 days just they have assigned me trainings,
Oh now if you accepted and RAS also you got that means might be issue now, you can ask them. But generally you need to ask these things before RAS itself. They will not fire you but in worst case they will not release you.
And also if your project is available at other location that will be easy for you otherwise you need to take release from the project then you can change the location
