Location change help !!!!!!

On 23rd june 2024 i joined tcs i got pune location , I am not used to this environment and food thathswhy every now and then I face heath issue like fever , fatigue , stomach issue. I also face language barrier cause i am from uttarpradesh and dont know marathi , one of my collaegue works from delhi common odc , I asked my manger to change my location and he asked me to apply medical reports and he'll see . I faced stomach pain and had cyst in my overies but tcs doctor denied the request and said this will get cured . I am going to depression day by day and dont know waht to do. I want to give them fake medical but dont know what fake illness i must mention . Kindly help me to get my location changed.
