Location change

I have 1.5 yrs of exp. currently at TCS pune.I am getting released to RMG by my current project. Can somebody guide me on how to request for location change as I am not able to look after my family from this much far from my hometown and also has some loan and financial issues.plz let me know how to get the location changed nearer to hometown.

Location transfer is bit difficult for you because you have not completed 2 years in TCS and the second thing is you have to give strong reason behind it for transfer

Yes,It will be easy after sometime where he can request for transfer once he completes remaining 0.5 years of his experience through his supervisor which will be easily approved by new location and current location RMGs as well for the same...
