My mom suffered from spinal cord never issue back in 2020. Since then there are problem with doing here basic stuff and all. My project tranfer me to banglore it's been a year. And now my younger brother is moving out too and there is no one to take care as my parents are growing old. She is on prescribed medication since then and ayurvedic treatment. Currently I don't have her report like MRI and all because it's been years. Is it possible to get location change on this. I tried talking to manager and lead they said to talk to HR. What shall I do now. I need to stay closer to them in case of any emergency they had .
HR would still reject the base location change request. I would suggest talking it out with TL, and working from your hometown if they have Accenture office. Only in case you can visit the office.
I asked them for the same thing and HR said they don't give Caregiver's exception anymore.
TL said I can't change location since i haven't completed 2 years in current location.
What u can do now is resign, cuz I did that. Told them I'm resigning and suddenly they gave the option to WFH, change my base location and even take LOA.
Raise location change request on ast portal , No need to talk to hr only role of your manger if he approves then by default your location will change ,
But there is one condition you should have not changed your location in last 2 year
But all depends on manger I got my location change in 5 month my maneger was very helpful.
Never ask anything from hr they are most useless people on earth especially Accenture
