I did change my location too . If you have not completed 2 years just ask your manager for oit and pmo team will process it. No need of HR.

@KnowledgeableWhiskey If you have completed around 15 months in your current project, you can request for location location change from the Transfer portal. Even i did the same after my 15 months

If you are critical resource to the project. They will change according to your preference. I joined last year in November I asked to move it from Bangalore to noida. They initiated but you will not get relocation charges.
