I have been hired for a project but location is not as per my expectation since I have to go to Client location . Any idea if Accenture can change it to my preferred location??

Depends. Since your project works from the client location your preferred location should also have a client base. Basically it would be very difficult to change your location in the current project.

HR won't help you here. You need to talk it out with your PL. If they are okay with your preference then there won't be any issue. HR will anyway redirect you to your PL.
