Location change before completing 2 years

Bro you can do it through transfer with the condition of having genuine reason like medical from ur end or your parent or else marriage..If you aren't having any of those it will be quite difficult for your location change..Else you need to find a project having an odc in that location making easier for you in convincing your RMG through manager of that project for approval to the same
