Location Change

How I can initiate a location change in TCS to my state, completing 2 years and want to be nearby older parents to make commute easier to them..

During weekend I feel so boredom in Bangalore without my friends and family.

I am not able to switch so needed to change location, As per policy if we completed 2 years in Base location we can ask for change
