Location Change
I asked my supervisor for location change he denied it,asked my rmg for the same he told me to mail him individually not ccing the supervisor.will it be good as supervisor already denied it and eventually the self initiated transfer request will go to him itself.
How can your RMG help if you are allocated in a project they cannot unless you are unallocated.

I don't think RMG can help if you are allocated . If you are already working in the location you want then no issue they can tag you from Backend . There is no harm in mailing as you wanted location change with valid justification though.
just go ahead and mail the rmg directly. sometimes you have to bypass the usual channels to get things done. if the supervisor denied, maybe rmg can help. don't overthink, just act.
