Location change
How to change location to home state.Its 1.4 years now I need to change my base location but HR saying to complete two years in TCS ...is tha true after two years I will be eligible to change location?

Yes but if you want to get rid of it you need to find a product having an odc in that location and also management supporting you strongly in this regard..else you had to work by changing work location to your desired one if they having an option to go with it..I have an overall experience of more than 2 yrs but since i have done most of the part in other location of my convience the RMG is refusing to give me transfer
