Localities for searching flat
my office is in Prestige tech park, Kadubeesanahalli
which localities/ areas should I search for rental apartments, like I know Bellandur would be near to my office. what else?
Sarjapur road. There's a new project coming next to Godrej Park Retreat, which is by Godrej but slightly in the luxury segment.
You can anyways go for resale flats in newly constructed apartments in Sarjapur road area. A lot of owners have bought as investment and are looking to sell once possession is done and book profits.
You can get a look and feel of the finally constructed society instead of a model one.
There's also proposed metro connectivity till Carmelaram.
He is asking for rental apartment not to purchase a flat😂

If you have a 2 wheeler, you can check Sobha Dream Acres on Balagere road. Keep seeing flats available for rent. Wouldn't recommend it if you have to travel for work in your own car/ cab.
Don’t go to Sobha Dream Acres. It will be the worst ever.
look for houses on the gear school road
There are a lot of apartments on the doddakanelli-kadubeesanahalli road. This will be closer to the office too.
