Loans Not issue for TCS

Today while having a casual conversation with few of my colleagues, I got to know that the banks and other financial institutions are backing off in issuing loan to tcs employees as they are not sure if tcs employees are having stable job. To be honest, I don't know how much of it is true. But someone would have gone through this rejection. I wonder even tata capital won't give loans for tcs employees. Forget about others.
