I have a question, my current manager told me that I am a 'loaned resource' from my earlier project. What does this mean and how will it impact my work and career in Accenture?

As per my understanding, Loaned resources means if you are part of the US market and working in a Europe market project. It will not impact on you carrier.

So pal, if you are loaned resource below issues can happen
- you will work like anything in between the project u r loaned and also the project u belong
- no proper hikes/promotion u will get
- promotion n hike will come from parent project and not to which u r loaned ( they only pass ur feedback)
- its always a juggle in between ur capability lead and loaned project for any thing where management has to do something
