LTC is really fantastic as per the salary point of view.

I'm working closely with them. The good thing about them they are hiring in bulk and have i met with many people with even less skills and have got good package.
Recently DevOps package for 5.5 years exp they hired and person got 26LPA CTC, and also health benefots for family is too good. Another thing is that they have plenty of work to do in lloyds majrly all the work that TCS/Wipro is doing would be replaced by them in near future.
