Trending @Infosys; Lloyds or FedEx, Hyderabad

I have got 2 offers One from Lloyds bank and one from Fedex Lloyds is offering 33lpa and Fedex 36lpa I am having 6+ years of experience Please let me know which one is better to join. I have a 9 months baby, so i want to get into a company with good work life balance, less work load/pressure, no micro management, flexible hours and also if i have a 2nd baby, good benefits regarding maternity . Both are work from office. Please suggest
