Living life without EMI/LOAN
Hi guys, I want to know how many from us living the life without any loan(that could be anything except rent ) .. because I am living in that way I do not have any kind of loan even earning very less as market standards and others who are earning very high and that is important factor for mental piece as per my opinion may be wrong from others perspective. Please share your thoughts how you want to live and currently how are you living?
I am in my 30's and I planned to set my mind after 35 it's hard to survive in IT due to AI and i planned for retirement and did sip (started at 25) i don't have any loan creating a house at my home town which will complete in the next 3 months. Now I live in a rented flat and I am happy.i m not in loan traps and also not in society fake life style
Mostly people buy home and car on loan just for fake society life (not everyone but atleast some) and then paying EMI for 20-30 years which is almost lifetime better to stay on rent for time till you save enough money to buy thing on cash atleast 60-70% cash
No loan. Small own flat. I can take another house or flat on Loan but I am away from it given the uncertainties around. By the way I am a senior and might in the fluidity list so not sure how long I will have job in TCS. For me the most important thing is Kids education.
Loan is killing you soon even sometimes next gen also
True. You shouldn’t take loan when you need to live in a hand to mouth situation
