This is horrible . so called selfishness. If there is some losses going in in tcs then the main culprit is the CEO . He can’t manage the things properly. So in this case his salary should not be increased . And also he is getting a huge salary , as compared to tcs employees. Even if he won’t get salary hike his daily to daily expenses won’t be affected . But we are suffering to even pay our rents in metro cities with so low salary . This was not expected seriously. If it was declared there won’t be any salary increment for this year , this this rule is also applicable for CEO . Becoz we are also working hard that does not mean we are simply sitting and getting money .so now we too need our hike
