EPAM? More like EPAMphlet of problems. High earning, yet no work-life balance. "Sab Moh Maya hai". What's your work-life balance mantra?

My mantra is very simple, just work for the hours you get paid for, no need to spend extra hours.

Spend other hours doing your things be it family time, health time etc.
