Prepare for govt or psu only they have job security

If you are skilled & underpaid, no one will fire you. But if you are an unskilled & high paid employee then you will be part of the target list.
Keep yourself skilled and average salary employee

There is nothing called job security in a pvt organisation. Legally, they can give 3 months notice or 3 months salary in lieu of notice and let you go.
Understand the bottomline that you have no pension to speak of, may be fired any day during your career, have zero social security in India, and have to fend for yourself in any case. Arrange your lifestyle and finances accordingly.
