List of good startups to work

Hi, I am working as an SDE in Oracle. I am from a tier 1 college. I am quite dissatisfied with the quality of work that I am doing. I want to work in a fast pacing startup. Can anyone suggest some good startups which will accelerate my growth and has a decent culture. I want to switch in backend tech stack mainly.

All startups are good if you limit your stay for 2 years. Stressful or not depends on your exit plan. iMo this logic is. Applicable to all corporate life.

Think of it like skydiving. It's an exhilarating experience if you have a parachute. The diver might not enjoy the fall if he/she has to plan his fall in a big cushion placed on the ground.
