Avoid all AI companies if you want to stay relevant as employees (and humans) 10 years down the line.
Otherwise, embrace the dark side and contribute to our downfall as a civilisation.
100% disagree with your statement. While it is understandable to have concerns regarding the impact of AI on job roles and society as a whole, it is important to note that AI has the potential to bring significant benefits to our daily lives.
Through the development of AI, we are able to create technologies that can enhance our decision-making, improve healthcare systems, optimize transportation, and even help solve problems related to climate change. The opportunities for growth and innovation in the field of AI are vast, and businesses and employees that embrace this technology are likely to remain relevant and competitive in the future.
Moreover, as with any emerging technology, it is important to develop and deploy AI in a responsible and ethical manner. This includes considerations regarding the potential social and economic impacts of AI, and ensuring that the technology is used for the greater good of society. By working together to develop AI responsibly, we can build a brighter, more prosperous future for all.

If I could reply with a GIF, I would use the “Arnab Goswami - KUCH BHI!” template for this.
Indian work culture ruins every organisation. The same company can be a good workplace in the US because the people are better. When it's in India, things change drastically.

Our work culture is all about showing efforts. This is think is the reason for the crab mentality.

Amazon - Toxic culture/PIP/URA Ola - Absolutely poor wlb, bad culture

OTP-less
Toxic Culture
Clue-less Leadership
Absolutely no governance
Senior Management confused

wtf is it? i thought they were doing great in terms of onboarding new users

Have fired 10+ Sales people (6 didn’t even work for 10 days)
Fired 3 Founders Office hires including 1 who was poached from EY.
All retained employees are ex-BharatPe hence a bro culture who have been promised insane ESOPs.
Earlier the team was meant to be remote but now calling each employees to Surat with immediate effect (commanded by Bhavik) with no preparedness- no relocation expenses to be paid to the employees
No communication within the senior management as each one has a personal relationship with CEO and the founders

ITC, unless you want to work in a bureaucratic dinosaur era work environment

But how is ITC growing though?
Asking because I have heard similar comments from a lot of people.

Brother the Cigarette business is the Cash Cow, earning insane cash and funding all other businesses. And the other products on the FMCG side are also good products per se, even though not market leaders. So, this good product mix greatly negates the toxic work culture.
I am immensely confident of the business and have been accumulating ITC shares from the last 8 years back when I started working there and even after I left after working for 3 years.
But from an employee perspective, not a good place to join imo

Klub

What's wrong with Klub, i got asked to interview a bunch of times.

Avoid companies that are in 3rd to 5th position within the category of business. The ranking could be within a sector or team within the company. Toxic cultures starts when the new head is hired to improve the business. Managers reporting to him will bend over back and do stupid things to impress him/her. Tisbthe starting point of toxic culture.

Avoid these -
-
If it is a startup and no operational profit till 3rd round of funding...
-
any company that is not profitable (ebita or other).. within 3years of starting business...
Join these startups for the money. But a have a mental exit date (1 year or 2 year etc.. imagine like engg. A professor you may not like but will have to sit thru the semester.)
But If the Bosses talk a lot of story (like how they are creating revolutionary model et.. ) but no sign of a profitable business... run... dont look back.. just run...
