List of companies that do not provide good refresher stock.

Have been hearing stories in and around my tech circle about companies offering really good stock options at joining time and then making odd excuses related to budgets, "macroeconomic situation" and "company policy"/deteriorating annual ratings in order to avoid giving refresher stock in the following years.
