Honda is good for me personally
Worst Project with worst leaders.
No work life balance, Threatening & bullying behaviour of leaders, unrealistic timelines given by leader without consulting devs, Even Dev lead dont know how to code.
Honda-Wipro is not a Project, It’s a Big boss show driven by non-technical inhumane AD & PM. Off-shore resources are literally treated as cattle class. On-site TL behaves as if he’s Salmaan Khan & threatens off-shore team, that he won’t let them avail even the sick leaves. Although, he a Dev-TL, but in Nexus with On-site PM & AD he operates as functional QA.

What ever projects which are in pune s4-s5 building especially which are night shifts
You may ask why?
Literally people keeping their bags and phones outside, like what the hell man! Let's not talk about career growth in those projects
If you desp need a project i would recommend going there for a certain time period.
The S&P Global project is an excellent opportunity to learn a wide range of technologies.
