If I am looking for job change and I update my LinkedIn as open to work and serving notice period can hr terminate me. Asking this because it has happened with someone in my previous organisation. My transfer is completed and now my hr partner is also changed.

There are two ways you can do it.. first is where open to work is visible to all, and second where it is only visible to recruiters, use that..
