if you search for jobs, top 20 results are promoted job ads from top startups and service company. Its like every company knows to play the game at linkedin now. Keep a 2-3 fake jobs to let aware market that they are hiring but they are actually not.
even machine learning engineer is get 10 promoted jobs with 100 applicants even for that.

I am seeing lots of jobs post on LinkedIn from various companies and when u apply to them there is no call back or any update from them. I am now like confused if those post are even true or not? Anyone face/observe this
