Linkedin Job Applications

Wanted to check with higher experience folks here >15 YOE(SW dev, Devops and Testing), i am seeing a lots of Rejection emails in linkedin after appling for the perticular matching job positions . Strange thing is all the matching critieria is met still the rejections? is it ATS behind it, is reumes getting viewed by relevant HR or hiring manager for rejctions? like what is going on ? any one has the answer please share .
