Linkedin is sh!t and useful at the same time.
I asked to my 10+ connections just to review my CV and portfolio as expected not a single person replied. And LinkedIn is useful because you can make connections.

It's something completely voluntary. Unfortunately, you cannot force people to act in certain way. Did you try with chatgpt? I have tried to line up my resume against joba. It seems to be really good if you give it right intermediate feedback.

Yes we can't force anyone. But we should help each other.
I always ask to ChatGPT mostly for the optimization. It always suggest something useful. Never tried joba
