LinkedIn helpful to switch job?? How to approach people there??

It all depends on your networking and communication skills. But honestly it takes alot of effort.

I guess what helped me was that I didnt reach out asking for job rather I got in touch with the folks months in advance before job hunting. So it helps build a small bond and then when it becomes time I check with them for referral.

It takes time effort and patience but it is worth it. Especially if you have networks who are in really good positions.

Linkdin is useless
