Rather put that time in upskilling yourself.
Its ultra cringe to sell urself on linkedin and most people know that.

But that works

Short term maybe, long term definitely no. Also the amount of effort you will have to put in to make it "work" will be substantial. For all their flaws, content creators and influencers do work hard and consistently. I think its much easier and fruitful to learn new tech, contribute in open source rather than above. Unless you are genuinely charming and can attract genZ audience.

Content bana hi rahe ho to engagement ke liye quality mat girana. Bhale hi 4 mahine mei 1 post daalo, meme hai to funny hona chahiye, gyaan hai to naya and not obvious hona chahiye.

Maybe post summary and Indianised context of blogs/research reports from silicon valley startups or VC firms. Iske alawa everything is wo bhaiya didi wali bak****di. Can also contribute to tech blog of Zomato(since that's what you have mentioned) about features you have built and use that to step up your personal brand.
