So I wanted to understand, when we get job opportunities on linked in and we apply too but why there’s no one from the hiring team connects with us ? It also says to apply on their website but no response.
Like for example, Myntra has lot hiring positions and keep getting same notification week on week but no one contacts from their team ?
Even if we are not selected, there should a notification right? Why can’t we get in touch with the hiring team or again it all depends on referrals?
Referrals also don’t work that well, sadly the worst part of Indian IT industry is, most recruiters don’t feel the need to revert back.
Additionally, LinkedIn should have a feature/notification when the job poster has viewed your resume, downloaded or rejected.
