Life's first negotiation 22k mai full time job

Guys I am feeling very guilty today, as today I finally got the offer of Full time as a project coordinator, I was an intern earlier but now I was offered Full time. But the twist is that I was given the contract of 30k/month but they said your performance is bad so we have to cut budget and they said 20k then 22k, I was blocked at that time and said yes , what the hell yaar still feeling very guilty.
