Life sucks at TCS, Need Advice🙏

Hi peeps, I am working in a toxic project. When project started they say it will be general shift but now we have to work from 7.30AM and from 3.30AM rotationally. I am already having anxiety issues from past 5+ years. Anti-depressants are going on. Earlier it was okay but now with 2-3 months passed, my mind gave up. Clients expectations are going worse day by day demanding different things. Every week new demands came. They don't have people. Team is overwhelming with the task and I am the core tech person there. I don't have any other offer in hand.

1. Should I resign?
2. Mail for release but they will not accept and after resigning too I have to do work early.
3. How can I take immediate release from the project without resigning or even after resigning is there any way of early relieve from not serving full 90 days notice period.
