life stuck no learnings.....

Am stuck at life, am trying to learn but this workload and the work where nothing am learning, it a banking workflow testing manual testing workflow by filling everything manual no tech/language/tool only i use jira to update testcase status, raise bug/defect or get requirement details..

i have tried multiple time to start learning but it stop after 1 week as my screentime for this manual shit is 8+ hours and still i can't complete work and those 8 hrs means actual 8 hrs with this low pay(25k) its been 3 + years am working am living that fine but without skill how i will survive that my concern. how i will support my family and get ahead in life am so tired i have open grapevine after so long time i know only way is to start and keep it up, but guide me guys i have no physical and mental power left after home, due to this i socialize also very rare . how i should procced i want to be ready by feb 2026 so i can get good opportunity, i have done basic automation my now nothing is in hand no language know basic java

please Help!
