Life seems stuck!!

I'm 32, M. Today I got some time to think and I feel like my life is stuck/stagnant. Like it is just moving in slow-motion like old b/w movies.

Working for 5 days, and taking care of responsibilities on the other two days with repetitive engagements every week. It feels like I'm stuck in a loop.

Does anybody feel the same?
