Life Rant at 27

27M here, currently in Bangalore, staying in a PG that’s basically full of “youngsters” (yes, youngsters, because some are literally 23 😅).

Sometimes I wonder — am I too old to be in a PG now? Should I move to a flat and start living more “grown up”? Or maybe even take the plunge, get married, and settle down here.

Suggest up folks.. open to literally anything.

Probably it's in India only probably where we are too obsessed with age. Everywhere else people don't care about anything unless you are too awkward. Watch any international channel you will find all age people acting young. If it suits you then keep living.

Agreed.. but what do we do about the 'akelapan' we feel. Not exactly loneliness because i have people around, but something similar.

27M is not that old bro. You are talking like a 30 something stuck with fresh college grads

Bro if you can afford, you should definitely start living by yourself. It gives you freedom and you are able to explore yourself better. If you can't afford, there is nothing to even worry about. You can plan a course to be by yourself by 28-29 as per your life and the time you want to get married.

If you can afford it, yes you should move to a flat

But wouldn't that be less interaction with people ?
