I have done that, and embarrassed tbh. Some years back, an uncle was laid off from work and he had a hard time finding a job. And in all my (over)smartness I said, he really needs to find just ONE job. Just ONE! How difficult can it be anyway!

Now when I am in market, I know the value of that ONE and how different factors play a role in landing it.
