Life is not Easy

Hi all, I have 3 years of experience in Manual testing. But every time I got 4.23 or 4.20+ rating but they give me C band. I don't know the reason but still I have tried many times to disagree the band but they don't agree. That's why I have frustrated and mentally finished as getting less than 4Lpa . Want to switch but dont get any opportunity in Kolkata. Please give me some tips.... 🙂
