Life insight in IT industry ?
Is there anyone in the IT industry who is happily doing his work without any stress, tension and depression. He/she is getting paid enough and doing whatever he/she wants to do in life. Their managers, TLs and team members are cool. If yes then in which company and project you are and on which location? If not then why?
No such place exists in IT, my friend. Stress is part of the package. Even in Accenture, we face it daily. It's the nature of the beast. Focus on managing it, not escaping it.
Thanks, I'm learning to manage it, but facing difficulties in managing stress because a lot of politics are happening here in TCS. As a fresher it is something new happening in my life which causes stress and mentally unstable. I would appreciate it if you can share something to handle these corporate things.
Happy work environment is a phase. It will come and go like the interval in a movie.
So on an overall basis salaried employment in India is filled with stress, tension and depression. The IT job need not necessarily be a source, but it will act as a multiplier.
After a few years one becomes numb. In medical term it's called professional numbness. And it becomes a way of life.
Any person who says otherwise is either at the interval phase or is lying
